Right around the corner, maybe 5-7 minutes of a walk away, we have a Home Plus. Which is pretty much like a Wall-Mart type thing mixed with the Japanese Union Market, and I say Union Market mostly because they have a catchy theme song here too. After Home Plus though, on the walk home, something stuck out. There's one picture I didn't put up because it was pretty much all black anyways, but it was of the opposite side of the big picture in the middle. The picture is of the main road next to our house. As you can see and can assume from the missing picture there's a lot of blacked out street lights. It was like 3 out of 10 lights on one side working. It was a big reminder of how in this nation there is supposedly suppose to be all lights shining. What I mean is that as Christians we're lights of the world, and this nation is suppose to be a Christian nation, but just like the streets show there's many lights that are out. Just like the States and so many other "Christian" countries out there, it comes down to mostly a title. For when we look at the lights a only a few are shining. I know for so many we have a country in mind saying ya it's not only Korea there's a lot of blacked out lights/lives in...(fill it in yourself). But as it was an encouragement to me, PRAY! for that country, and in our lives and the lives we're accountable to, SHINE! Through the power His Holy Spirit let's shine.
